Sauder Furniture - Sauder Toy Chest #414825
I have bought Sauder furniture in the past. You get what you pay for, of course. It is not quality furniture; it is cheap furniture.
That being said, the Toy Chest, #414825, has now finally taught me to never buy another Sauder product as long as I live.
The hidden connectors are a joke and an insult to simple engineering. The screws are made for a very large Phillips screwdriver, but the slot in the connector to turn the screw is made for a very small screwdriver. Use a small screwdriver, strip the screw. Use a large screwdriver - oh, wait, you can't, because it won't fit.
This toy chest is the biggest piece of fecal matter I have ever wasted good money on in my entire life.
Goodbye, Sauder; on my way out, please apply your lips to my backside.
Monetary Loss: $55.

This review is Right On! The design requires misuse of the common Phillips screwdriver.
I couldn't fasten the first screw without damaging the particle board it was supposed to screw into. Fortunately, Wal-Mart accepted the return with no questions.
