We have an older lateral file cabinet from the Heritage Collection. The lower drawer back splintered where the screws are located.
I contacted Sauder looking for the back to replace the one damaged. They were great. Although an older model and definitely out of the warranty period, they had one in stock and offered to send out replacement.

HORRIFIC PRODUCT AND HORRIFIC LIARS
- -Got a Sauder armoire instead of BH&G.
- -Shelves had no veneer; product quality was poor.
- -Replacement parts delayed; excuses about weather.
Purchased a Better Homes & Gardens Farmhouse Collection Armoire.. The product that came was from Sauder and had no veneer on the face of the shelves.
If I would have known they were the manufacturer I never would have purchased i t. (Sauder has ZERO quality control standards because the product is zero quality before it arrives. They give every excuse in the book as to why the replacement part is late getting shipped out. Because of Christmas.
Really? Who is buying this stuff as a gift? Weather. Amazon delivers 365 days a year in the worse weather.
Moving to a new shipping facility. It's a shelf. They lie about a tracking number don't have any information. The lies are the worst part.
Don't call there. It's a super small mom and pop slop operation. Someone naked Riley works there. If you ever have her call you for a job when Sauder goes under...
DON'T hire her. She should be fired from there. Better Homes & Gardens should be ashamed to ever put their name on this crap.
They told me to have walmart (the third party seller) replace the whole item? Horrific humans!

Missing parts no refund
- Nightstand arrived with missing parts.

I purchased a nightstand at Sautter furniture outlet. When we open the box at home to assemble it, it was missing all of the parts.
When we called the store, they said they could not help us and that all sales were final even if they were missing parts so we took a picture of the entire store and at no place in the store is it posted that sales are final. It is not on the tag when you purchase the item nor did the sales person tell us that, their recourse is that it is stated on your receipt. The problem with that is that you have to purchase it before you get a receipt and then find out there are no refunds for faulty product. I asked if I purchased a table and it only came with three legs.
Could I get a refund and she said no. I tried to order the parts online but they no longer make them. So I am stuck with a piece of furniture with no parts that I paid over $100 for.
If you do buy something at solder furniture outlet open the box and make sure all the parts are in it before you purchase it. Their customer service is deplorable.

I found the assembly instructions to wholly inadequate. I could not determine how the hidden camlocs were supposed to hold this shelf together.
Basically this is a piece of crap and not worth your money.
I tried to submit a review to the Saunder company itself but it would not work due to a ad blocker. A waste of time and money.

Poor quality product
Cheaply made, all particle board that crumbles easily. Very difficult assembly. The locking system fasteners break quickly.

Horrible Particle Board Cabinets / Horrible service
- Replacement offered then retracted due to shipping costs; refund via cheque sent with wrong name; concerns about particle board wood and service.
WORST COMPANY HANDS DOWN...
1) offered replacement solution ... then retracted that solution because replacement parts were costly to ship .
2) offered me a refund ( via cheque) ... then sent wrong name on cheque ( to delay or not allow a refund)
3) Tells me the solution has been resolved, then harasses me while I'm at work on the phone asking me for more information and to send the void cheque that was already disposed of.
SAUDER HAS HORRIBLE PARTICLE BOARD WOOD and HORRIBLE SERVICE!
100% DONT RECOMMEND!

Well, since you are asking, I would have never purchased this piece of furniture if I knew it was made by Sauder. Not that there is anything wrong with it, its just cheap pressboard.
I used to buy it when my kids were little because it was affordable and very disposable. The thing is, was, I knew what I was getting.
It did not mention that this armoire was made by Sauder.
Im not surprised that it is cracked, Im just a pissed consumer. Please refund my purchase and my money spent on Handy.

I am a 5 foot woman and have a 5 foot receptionist. They didn't call ahead and didn't let us know that we needed big men and a dolly to remove this 833 pound desk from the truck!
- Extra charge for the driver and an assistant to move it inside 8-10 feet (no stairs).
- The driver brought a truck and told them to move it themselves.
Then it cost extra for the driver and one of my male patients who happened to be here to move it inside by 8 to 10 feet (no stairs). What sort of business just brings you a truck and says, "Here it is - get it off yourself"?

Not sure what all you need, but I’ve found luck at HD/Lowes about half a dozen times when shorted screws, etc.
